Already have QA engineers but no senior quality leader? I help them grow from test execution into strategic quality partners, improve release confidence and build a stronger QA function—without committing to a full-time QA Manager. Fractional leadership remains an optional continuation.
Build Your Quality Foundation
You want developers to own quality, not necessarily a QA department. I bring the specialist QA expertise to build the testing, automation and release foundations they need—then hand ownership over to engineering.
Developer coaching and handover are included in implementation. Follow-up advisory is optional; a future QA team can move into the first service without repeating completed work.

I build AI agents to remove low-value work from QA and delivery.
Hands-on agent development is part of my approach—not a separate product or an AI strategy deck. I start by improving the workflow, then build and evaluate an agent where it can give engineers more time for high-value quality decisions.

AI is applied selectively within either service. The diagnostic determines whether an agent pilot is worth pursuing; delivery and integration are agreed in scope.

QA leadership informed by release ownership.
I work at the intersection of software quality, engineering leadership and delivery. I held the formal Release Manager role for Amazon Fire TV and was also responsible for the release process at Delivery Hero. That experience shapes how I connect QA improvements to practical release decisions. I also design and build AI agents for QA and delivery efficiency, pairing hands-on engineering with pragmatic quality leadership.
My broader work is helping QA professionals become quality strategists and leaders—not simply more efficient testers. I am an Apress author and write the Software Industry column for ACM SIGSOFT Software Engineering Notes.
