If you decide to continue after the diagnostic, we deliver two agreed improvements with your team while strengthening operating practices, coaching and measurement. This also becomes the initial leadership phase if you plan to retain me.

Continue with an embedded senior QA leader who guides priorities, coaches QA engineers and stays aligned with engineering and release goals.
Need fractional leadership immediately? We plan for that at the introductory call and use the first 90 days as your structured onboarding and improvement phase.

Month 1
Align & establish a baseline
Agree the improvement goals, measure today's workflow, select two high-impact changes and establish team ownership.
Month 2
Implement with your team
Coach the team through the agreed changes, embed clear ownership and track whether the new practices save meaningful effort.
Month 3
Measure & make it stick
Compare results against the baseline, document the operating approach and prepare a clean handover or transition to ongoing management.

The €1,500 diagnostic is credited if you start this program within 30 days. Proposed payment schedule: €4,000 / €3,000 / €3,000 across three months, with any diagnostic credit applied to the first invoice. Prices exclude applicable VAT.
